SIN'26 provides an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of security in information and networks. The conference seeks original contributions in cryptographic algorithms, security schemes, AI security, cloud security, IoT security and network security.

Paper Submission

Submissions undergo a double-blind review process by at least three international experts. Target acceptance rate is approximately 35%.

Every participant, with or without a paper, must register to attend. Every paper must be registered before publication in the proceedings and must be presented at the conference. The fee includes coffee breaks and the SIN 2026 proceedings; it excludes the gala dinner and the after-conference tour. A 20% group discount applies to five or more paying participants from the same institution registering together. Student and IEEE member rates require valid ID verification. Payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer, in US Dollars (USD) or Turkish Liras (TL). Limited financial assistance (partial fee, accommodation or travel) is available for qualifying IEEE and IEEE Student members — email the conference address with your request and reasons.

Prof. Dr.

Professor at the Institute of Computer Science, University of Tartu, Estonia. BSc in Mathematics (Computer Science) from Ege University (2004); MSc and PhD in Cryptography from Middle East Technical University (2008, 2010). Research interests: post-quantum cryptography, algorithms and complexity, computations in finite fields, risk assessment, avionics cybersecurity and IoT security.

University of York, UK
Prof. Dr.

Chair / Professor in Digital Engineering for Future Technologies at the University of York, with a part-time professorship in Energy Informatics at NTNU, Norway. His research sits at the intersection of cyber-physical-social systems, digital engineering and energy informatics — incorporating artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital twins and cyber law. BEng in Electrical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University (2000); MSc and PhD from the University of Kassel, Germany (2005, 2010).

International Workshop on Trustworthy Agentic AI in Cyber-Physical Systems and Intelligent Networks

Held in conjunction with SINCONF 2026. Aims and Scope Recent advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) have led to the emergence of Agentic AI—autonomous intelligent systems capable of perceiving their environment, reasoning, planning, collaborating with other agents, and taking actions to achieve complex goals with minimal human intervention. Agentic AI is expected to play a transformative role in the next generation of cyber-physical systems (CPS), enabling intelligent decision-making across smart cities, industrial automation, healthcare, transportation, energy systems, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Despite its enormous potential, deploying Agentic AI in safety- and mission-critical environments presents significant challenges. Autonomous agents must operate in dynamic and uncertain environments while satisfying stringent requirements for security, trustworthiness, robustness, transparency, explainability, privacy, resilience, and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, the integration of foundation models, multimodal AI, edge intelligence, and distributed multi-agent systems introduces new opportunities as well as emerging threats that require innovative solutions. Guidelines & Visa

Visa information for international participants attending SIN 2026 in Türkiye. All participants must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the planned entry date, with at least one blank page for stamps. Türkiye's visa policy depends on your nationality and passport type; conference attendance generally falls under tourism or business (conference / seminar / meeting), allowing short stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period in most cases.

Visa-exempt nationalities: citizens of many countries (most EU / Schengen states, the UK, USA ordinary passports, Japan, South Korea, and many others) may enter without a visa for short stays — a valid passport is enough.

e-Visa: nationals of many countries can obtain a single- or multiple-entry e-Visa online at evisa.gov.tr (usually within minutes, 24/7). Requirements: a valid passport, an email address and a credit/debit card. Print or save the e-Visa PDF and present it at entry. e-Visa is not valid for work or study.

Sticker (embassy) visa: if you are not eligible for exemption or e-Visa, apply through the nearest Turkish Embassy/Consulate via the pre-application system at konsolosluk.gov.tr. Processing can take weeks to months — apply early.

Invitation letter: many embassies appreciate (some require) an official invitation letter from the organizers. Contact the conference secretariat early with your full name, passport number, presentation details, dates and venue; some letters are issued only after registration/payment.

Start the visa process at least 2–3 months before travel. Always verify with the official sources (mfa.gov.tr and evisa.gov.tr) closer to your travel date.
